Magic Farm app good for
Im totally addicted to this game! I like it and cant stop playing! The only thing i can say... I play on my iphone and sometimes it seems like my fingers arent being recognized or something cause i have to touch the flowers much times before it work :P but i like it anyways! :)
My new addiction. Something not quite there it looks like i have to touch the flowers many times before it gets picked up. Love it anyway.
This is a wonderful game. The only problem is sometimes I have to press the flowers several times to collet them
Some bad moments
The game has crashed on me several times right after I reach day 9. Tried the free and the paid, happens in both.
I would give it less if I could. I got the demo was a nice port. Bought it from within the game itself. The starting freezing up. So I went to updates & got it from there. NOW the want money AGAIN. Not sure we I have to get a hold of but I am livid beyond imagination. I had just bought the game not an hour before. The point of a game is to be FUN. Not a hassle. Someone needs to address this issue because frankly I am getting tired of the apple monopoly & the passing the buck. I want THE GAME I PAID FOR!!!!!! Beware & Big Fish is on its last leg with me & Ive had an account at both apple & big fish in excess of 5 years each. They need to watch how they treat their bread & butter customers before they are having to find their dinner from a dumpster.
I love this game, both on the PC and the iPod, the only problem I have is crashing, and I understand that with a new game, bugs are to be expected. I just hope its fixed soon!
Because I really wanted to give it 5 stars. I love this game, and all iterations on pc, theyre my faves! My issue is that its only a fraction of the pc version. At fist I thought it was my imagination, but its not. There are only a few missions per farm and theyre all cash missions and not the flower/misc missions, which are way more challenging. Now, I was thrilled that this game was ported to this format, and at a buck, how can I complain, right? Well, then I started thinking that I bet none of the hidden object games get cheated. And now that BigFish totally panders to that audience, I know their ports are complete. My joy at the port was short-lived at the lack of content. The missing elements should be given in an update. And, the holding hostage of Magic Farm 2 for 5 star reviews is a bit tacky. If you want to advertise these games to your customer base, why not cross promote from within the web pages containing these games from your site? On the pc download page for Magic Farm put in a line that says also available on ipod? Ever since the nanny mania debacle-partial game that didnt work and the fact they re-released it with the exact same issues, and repeated charging, Ive been leery of continuing my relationship with this company. Now , they did recently port 2 other of my fave games: burger bustle and fishers family farm, which are perfect and complete! Great! But why the inconsistencies? Get it together and do right by your loyal, paying customers, youre losing your edge and standing with your base! I proudly display the green fish plush you sent me a few years back, but there are times when I want to throw darts at him! I think of nanny mania on iPod when I look at him instead of all the hours Ive spent on games i love! Fix this game and nanny mania and Ill re-write this review and extoll your virtues! Get back to basics and fix your mistakes and in the future take better care of your customers who make it possible to feed your families and clothe and shelter your children when so many are without! Think about it!
Soooo I loved the PC version of his game, and expected the iPhone version to be just as fun. Only one problem- often I will tap flowers to harvest/water or try to tap on pests and it wont work, which makes it not fun at all... especially when the goal is to harvest as much as possible! So I end up missing out on rare flowers because I cant pick them :/
Oddly enough, this only happened 2-3 times during the demo- I figured maybe I was just a little off on my aim. But after I purchased and got farther along (with multiple flowers/pests on screen) it was happening all the time! Huge fan of most BF games but cant say this one is worth the money...
Love Magic Farm! It is a journey in search of the heroines parents. Along the way you interact with a cast of characters that will move you ever closer to finding the heroines missing parents.
I like the concept of planting and nurturing plants and harvesting the flowers to sell in the shop. All the profits help to continue her journey to locate her missing parents.
The one confusing aspect of the app has to do with Game Center. It does not work for some odd reason! Every time you open Magic Farm, up pops an error message saying "This game is not recognized by Game Center, even though it has a button for Game Center, it does not load in game Center? Hopefully it will be resolved by all involved in its development.
